Tarkwa Cottage is the perfect getaway spot - a cosy and well equipped cottage right by the sea and yet within a lively village with shops, pubs and places to eat all within walking distance.

Without moving from the chair you can watch an array of boats and birds From the door you can set off on an eight mile cliff walk, hire a boat or swim the length of the bay.

This idyllic bright terraced cottage decorated in Scandinavian style is situated in a quaint narrow village street. It backs straight on to the sea. It is on four floors with the main open plan living room / kitchen being on the first floor (street level). All the main rooms and bedrooms have sea views. In summer there is direct access to the beach via a wooden ladder.

Cawsand is the perfect Cornish smugglers village and there are numerous famous places within striking distance by car or train. Plymouth, with its magnificent naval history and city amenities is half an hour away so it is easily possible to get to Tarkwa by public transport and taxi.
