Tarkwa Cottage, Cawsand, Cornwall sleeps up to 8 people.  We regret that we are  only  able to accommodate one well behaved dog.

Ground Floor:

• Extensive open plan  sitting room with wonderful sea views. Take your binoculars!!!
• Patio doors onto  a spacious balcony with table for eating and deck chairs.

First Floor:

• Double bedroom ( super king bed)
• Twin bedded room ( 2 x 3ft. beds)
• Family bathroom

Second Floor:

• Double bedroom (4ft 6in bed)
• Twin bedded room (two 3ft beds)
• Shower room with toilet

Below Decks – down a staircase from the ground floor:

• Spacious open plan kitchen and dining
• Utility room – washing and drying
• Shower Room with toilet. 

Outside:

Patio doors lead directly to the courtyard  which is another dining / sitting area and from which there is  direct access to the beach in the summer months. Outside Warm shower.
